·Fluent blueprint reading, built to drawing specifications, quality welds to NDT testing requirements, attention to detail, work well in a team environment, Operate Iron workers, 200 ton Hydraulic press, shears, punch and die, brakes, drill press, mag drill, hand held power tools, over head cranes, jibs, proper rigging techniques, oxy/acetylene, safety conscious, working within COR safety programs with documentation for safety and QC.

EXPERIENCE SKILLS

·Production Welding in shop with overhead cranes to weld in the flat as much as possible for increase production, verifying level and squareness of fitment, accurately measuring to drawing/field requirements for structural skids, platforms, hand rails, HSS, pile caps, pile splices.

·Production Spool Welding/Roll Welding/ Position Pipe Welding. Ensure measurements and orientation of fittings are correct to drawing requirements. Weld casing bowls with pressure testing.

·Capable of assessing and perform correct welding repairs for UT, Xray and NDT

·Heavy Machinery (797 Heavy Hauler), Industrial Process equipment (tank, vessel, production line, heavy wall), Underground mining (Mine shaft liner reinforcement/repair 2800’ underground)
