• I helped create the industrial design area of the company, I was responsible for multiple projects, designed and supervised all them.

• I also had meetings with clients to present results and explain project specifications.

• I was the link between the production and the design area, we had to have great communication so that the work flow could always be efficient and as clear as possible.

• I had meetings with clients to talk about their needs, with that information I distribute the work among my coworkers and myself according to our skills. • Creation of unique spaces for different clients, some required stages and stands for exhibitions and expos. I introduced to the company some knowledge regarding sustainable material use and their environmental impact so that we could apply that information in our product design. I had two trainees so I had to teach them everything I knew about design and customer service because we constantly had to present our projects to the client so we needed to be friendly but at the same time professional and efficient. Públicis Group Mexico (May 8th 2014 -June 17th 2016)

• In charge of creating themed Bars and Restaurants, the main objective was to make our costumers feel in another world or reality, to surprise them with an exotic environment . After the place was built, I was in charge of the customer service for two to three weeks, so that we could figure out if the clients were satisfied or if they where expecting something else, so that we could improve in our next intervention. Cultural Representative Walt Disney World (Nov 9th 2017 - Nov 2nd 2018 )

• Lead by example to live the Four Keys Basics in my area and to our Guests.

• I performed essential duties in different areas such as Merchantainer, cash handling (POS system), crowd control, making sure the floor was Show Ready at all times and giving friendly Guest service to exceed expectations.

• I engaged with Guests to educate them on the unique products we sell to convert shoppers into buyers.

• I made sure to stay on top of my product knowledge by attending sessions related to the products we sell so I could further assist the Guests with more information and knowledge. Cast Trainer Walt Disney World (March 1st 2017 - Nov 2nd 2018 )

• I helped new cast members to feel welcome and get familiarized with all the different tasks, rules, schedules, Disney look and safety measures.

• I emphasize the importance of the 4 keys basics, gave them advise of how to approach a guest and how to solve problems being calm and efficient.

• I supported my trainees by being positive and encouraging during their training as well as being someone they could count on for the duration of their program.
