Successes:

Achieved 100% on-time delivery and 0 priority backlog for the first time in the plants history.

Implemented interim production scheduling systems while SAP was being introduced to the plant. This helped increase our final line efficiency by over 100% by scheduling the correct parts, on the correct lines, at the correct times.

Significant inventory improvements. Obsolesce decreased by over $300,000.

Increased production plan adherence to 85% or higher from a low of 23%.

Duties:

Manage ERP system and tools to ensure all orders from sales order entry through part shipment are executed according to customer dates.

Implement and drive the Master Production Schedule to ensure a level production plan and make production line provisions for variations of customers demand.

Analyze and anticipate the customer needs, ensuring that they are reflected in production activities.

Logistics and Material Manager, Kings Cross-Station, London. Jan 2014 to August.

Responsible for all the on-site logistics and material management for a multi-million dollar construction site. In charge of making sure that each stage of the project could progress on time with the machinery and materials needed in an ever changing, fast paced and compact urban environment.

Duties:

Developed a system to actively manage the logistical and material needs of the primary contractor and subcontractors on the Kings Cross Square Redevelopment site.

Managed resources and reallocated staff based upon changing needs.

Received material deliveries and arranged for them to be logged and then stored for use later on.

Managed a separate storage facility for received materials and mobilized up to eight lorries to bring materials to site.

Supervised a team of 15+ individuals keeping health and safety as a top priority.
