1 . Reverse Engineering of Harness

Software used: CATIA V5 R24

Description:

Receive the input from customer.

To make harness layout, address sheet, splice chart etc. from given physical sample by taking continuity test.

According to wire connectivity finding out load connected to it. Making circuit schematics of different load.

2. Tailgate Harness Routing in CATIA V5

Description:

Scope of this project is to design harness routing without having any clashes and material wastage.

In tailgate there are sharp edges at some point so at that point wiring harness routing

consideration are considered. For this understanding the vehicle layout and wiring

harness routing consideration.

3.DDUGJY

Government of India’s project designed to provide continuous power to rural India which includes installation of new 33/1 1 kv substation, separation of feeders. Responsibility:

Planning for execution and monitoring of the project. Supervising the site & executing the Electrical work and also checking safety. Prepare Daily Progress Report as applicable.

Undertaking survey.

Liaising with client, sub-contractor, and other professional staff. To conduct site inspection with client and contractor. Prepare JMC of installation.

To check the entire work as according to approved drawings. Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of HT and LT Line and DTR. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
