Experience in Honeywell Platform - Honeywell Plant cruise R510 Controller C300 (DCS), Honeywell PLC ML200, Honeywell SCADA EPKS using Windows OS.

Project Documentation – Functional Design Specifications (FDS), Hardware Design Manual (HDM), System Architecture, Power & Heat Load Calculations, Instrument Datasheets, QAP, FAT Procedure & Reports. HMI Development (SCADA Development).

PLC and DCS Programming (Logic Development) and HMI Development (SCADA Development). PLC and DCS Panel Wiring and Testing.

FAT and SAT Activities (Loop Checking and Testing).

Advantages of this projects are Easy use in agriculture section, Reduce human efforts and Mechanical workshops.

We had done PLC (Programmable logic controller) trainer kit which is included simple Logic programs. Benefits of this project is understanding PLC equipment for junior students.
