Currently I’m responsible for 55 associates on night shift,2 supervisor and 2 leads with a facility of 250k sqft, consist of dry, perishable and frozen box,19 associates on day shift for inbound receiving and put-away.

Monitor all department CPMH (case per man hour) to finish on time to ensure all routes are loaded and dispatch.

Lead DSIO program -Driver Selector interviewing Onboarding,ensure all new associates are given an overview about the company and how to have a successful tenure at USfoods.

Shipping Manager- On night shift I was responsible for 70 employees and 4 supervisors. Shipping out 40000 to 65000 cases per shift

Responsible for locating lost freight and creating process and procedures to prevent lost product.

Training supervision on how to handle different situations that may occur during their shift
