I have a wealth of experience in the military as a chief warrant officer and a military contractor. I have developed organizational skills with years of discipline and well thought out security plans for positions where I supervised security forces assigned to defense contractors and military units during peace time operations and in combat zones. I have exceptional skills in training and writing lesson plans and organizing it for approval of my superiors. I gained the respect of commanders with the ability to brief commanders on how to solve complex problems that resulted in increased readiness of all my assigned units. The skills I gained by years of experience in the military as a mechanic, senior mechanic, motor sergeant, chief warrant officer maintenance technician, serving in combat zones in Vietnam, and Desert Storm have made me a proven dedicated professional. I taught in class room settings at the Artillery School instructing officers, foreign national officers, non commissioned officers, non commissioned foreign nationals.
•I have supervised successful security operations for defense contractors and military units at company level in the USA, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
•I set up a operation to ensure the 60 Iraq Nationals who I supervised at a maintenace facility were badged and screened daily by security personnel which resulted in a save work environment.
•Ensured all badges were turned in daily to the security guard post to prevent any one from coping the badge to gain entrance to facility. which resulted in only screened personnel entered the facility.
•the 8 security personnel I supervised were armed and constantly patroled the facility monitoring the Iraq Nationals to prevent any theft of government proberty.
•Due to my tight security measures at a Iraq military maintenance shop we discovered hidden compartments inside vehicles and immediately reported this to military police. We had no incidents of thefts or injuries due to hostile actions.

Metropolitan License St . Louis uniformed security officer.Performed duties as Roving security guard for Ameren Headquarters in ST. Louis MO. Responsible for security of buildings and equipment located at the headquarters facility. Reported any security issues to the Security Operations Center and logged all entries during patrol to my daily report. Shift was for 8 hours from 9 at night to 5 in the morning.
