Achievements

Yield cost saving of about 5% in Water Soluble Cutting oil NVG 46 by introducing new Vendor in Micro Turners group.

Yield cost saving of about 12%-15% in procurement of pneumatic spares by multiple sourcing and negotiating with Janatics and Cammozi at Winsome Yarns Group.

Achieved the cost saving of about 35% in DPG instrument in H-Plant of LUWA by replacing it with U Tube Manometer.

Negotiated for ARC’s for bearings, belts, switchgears, Pneumatic spares to yield cost saving every year.

6 week training pursed with TAFE MOTORS AND TRACTORS LTD, Parwanoo in 2014. In this training I have learn about the “Gear Manufacturing and Heat Treatment”(i.e. Surface Hardening). I have also learned about the quality control of the component.

6 week training pursed with NG DIESEL SHED, KALKA in 2015. In this training I have learn about the practical working of a “Diesel Engine and its component” and how is it maintained. I have gone through every single component used in a Diesel Locomotive Engine.

Projects

Final year Major project: Epoxy Resin Enforced with Glass Fiber and Carbon Fiber. In this project we have reinforced the glass fiber and carbon fiber into epoxy resin and tested their mechanical properties.

Final year minor project: Water Jet Machining.

In this project we have maintained the water pressure at 7-8 bar and set up the nozzle at its outlet for the machining purpose. Precisely tiles were machined as a sample. PERSONAL PROFILE
