DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Take-off fabrication quantities from released for construction design drawings

-Identify and verify material workability for fabrication

-Computer input of all construction installation quantities

-System assignments to all quantity components

-Creation and maintenance of all quantity tracking reports

-Close communication with the corresponding craft superintendent and staff

-Forecast and prepares production workability as per client material availability

-Provides weekly and monthly work front to meet the schedule on time

-Identifies material balance as per engineering quantification against client supplied materials

-Review, check and ensures that quantities and material specifications meets the requirements of detailed isometric drawing prior for fabrication and installation

-Monitors daily production progress based on schedule against actual quantities done

-Prepares and generates data sheets and reports on actual materials on hand against actual accomplishments in daily and weekly basis

-Provides Efficient Data Workability Analysis and Actual Quantity Progress for Site & Fabrication base on given schedule
