Company is related to BIW fixture designing and engaged in manufacturing of some fixture parts.

Developed concept for Conveyor Pallet to carry Turbo charger for TEPL

Involved in developing Manual for D09 Bearing Housing Station for TEPL

Handled complete project i.e with respect to both 2D and 3D finish in Daimler standard for Mercedes and also made documentation of Gripper pay load,clamp arm,Swivel arm and slide unit validation.

Involved in both 2D and 3D finish With respect to FFT standards in Catia.

Involved in 3D finish for Bending tool to INDITEC.

Engaged in manufacturing unit for inspection process. Remodeled Catia files in both Fides and Inventor tool according to costumer requirement.

Rail Wheel and Axle Manufacturing (12/2018 – 12/2018) The Project is Carried out in RAIL WHEEL FACTORY situated in Yelahanka,The project is about knowing the different manufacturing process such as Foundry And Forging,Ball milling process and assembling Wheel and Axle in specified tolerance range.

Machining And Inspection (07/2018 – 12/2019)

As the name indicates,the project is about gaining the knowledge of different machining process carried out on a Textile machinery part,such as Pedastal and Arm Support,and also about the usage of different types of measuring instruments in order to inspect the final part weather it is in specified tolerance or not.
