New patterns, castings, machining setting approvals & final inspection of verities of components (Pump assembly & Valve assembly Parts).

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Handling various Inspection activities like

Preparation of Casting/ pattern check list, Characteristic matrix, Process Drawing,fixtures Drawings & Final inspection Report pattern of new project.

inspection of varieties of valves. (Diaphragm,Ball,Butterfly, check, Gate,Globe and many types of application valves)

Witness for valves Hydro and Pneumatic pressure as well as spark test for rubber and PFA Lined valves.

• This instrument is simple in construction and positive in action and is very useful in gardens and schools. It does not have the essentiality of electricity or any other means of rotating just a minimum skill of rotating which children can do it. It provides economical way of lifting water for gardens or overhead tanks for schools. It is very useful in the reasons were there is shortage of power and availability of children’s for playing.
