* Start-up and commissioning of oil well drilling systems that consist of large Variable Frequency Drives united by PLC controls and powered by a synchronized bank of generators. Supporting devices include MCCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, cooling systems, touchscreen interfaces, and air conditioning units.
* Performed troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, installations, and modifications of industrial production equipment (process & packing) and facilities as Maintenance Electrician for the "Nation's Largest Coffee Producing Plant".
* Designed and installed a filler weight control system resulting in a $500,000 increase in yields annually and subsequent use in more than 20 General Foods plants.
* Reduced costly down-time through planning and implementing Preventive Maintenance Programs on Industrial Furnaces, Heat Treat Equipment, Emergency Generating Equipment, and Building Electrical Supply resulting in 50% downtime savings.
* Provided electrical services, maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair in the following areas: POWER DISTRIBUTION, LIGHTING, MOTOR CONTROLS, CONDUIT and WIRE RUNS, OFFICE WIRING, COMPUTER CONTROLLED MACHINES, PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLERS, CODE DATING PRINTERS, HEATING and COOLING EQUIPMENT.
