The task I am performing here is almost like what I have been doing at NTT DATA but I have more permission on AD so I can disable or enable accounts, add the users to some needed AD groups to give them access to a specific application.

●Networking: SMTP, HTTP, HTTPS, DNS Server, DHCP, IPV4, IPV6, IMAP, POP, MX record.

●Troubleshoot VPN, VDI, Pulse Secure, Register VIP Access, push needed apps to the user’s machine through SCCM, push DSO.

●Customer support over the phone (Jabber), Skype message or via remote app (SCCM, Windows Remote assistance, Windows RDP (Remote Desktop)

●Changing the HP backup server tape on a daily basis

●Imaging laptops and desktops Windows 7 & 10 Enterprise

●Inventory control, scan new delivery items and update Service Now and SharePoint

●Creating a new user on Active directory Server and or on MS Exchange server for the new employees.

●Setup projectors, IP cameras, phones, video and audio systems for doctor rounds to be able to have a video conference.

●Install and setup network printers, join it to the network, fax machine and scanners, do the all necessary settings like double sided printing, fax confirmation send & receive print out.

●Order online new software and needed hardware.

●Familiar with Windows 2003 Server Active Directory settings and installing and also Windows 2008 Server – Microsoft Exchange 2010-DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Remote desktop, using TeamViewer for remote support.
