● Working in Thick Film HMC (Hybrid Micro Circuit) & Thin Film MIC (Microwave Integrated Circuits) products.

● In depth knowledge of assembling the various MIC Circuits like, Reflowing Carrier plate to Substrate, Reflowing Passive & Active components, Cu wire soldering, Ribbon wire bonding.

● In Depth Knowledge of Die Bonding and Wire Bonding Technology & Knowledge of process / working set up of the Equipment’s such as Die bonder like Laurier, Treskey, Hybond & ASM, wire bonders like K&S, West bond, Orthodyne, Hughes & ASM

● Work experience in ESD safe area clean room facility (class 100, 1000, 10000 Environment).

● Experience in Production of all type of ISAC, SAC, BDL, IISU Projects.

● Mounting of different electronic components in PCB Boards done for SAC PROJECTS

● Actively participate in KAIZEN, defects reduction and quality production.

● Awareness of Handling the ESD sensitive Components.

● Preparing Specification Controlled Sheets (SCS)for the products.

● Actively participating internal & also the external customer audits.

● Responsible for “0” defects 100%Quality product.

● Raising NC’s, taking preventive and corrective actions.

● Tracking and reporting to senior engineer.
