Summary
I have a strong background in manufacturing and maintenance. My experience in these areas along with a high degree of initiative gives me the ability to learn processes quickly. The training I have received in a wide variety of mechanical and electrical fields also add to my strength as a trouble shooter. Since April 2015 I have managed both technicians that work proactively in my value stream and storeroom associates that manage 14 million dollars of inventory. In the storeroom we have developed and maintained standards for bearing storage, belt storage, circuit board storage, hose and tubing storage, motor rotation, parts labeling, shaft storage, and first in first out processes. I have also managed CI projects that have followed change management processes and contractor services in order to implement.
