DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES
• Preparation of Project Quality Plan and implementation of the procedure and the specification requirements at the construction site. Coordinate with related parties for any improvements required.
• Develop Method Statement, ITP and Material submittals for various activities at site. Coordinating with
subcontractor/supplier for the required documents for approval.
• Coordinating all material, work and third-party
inspections of project. Maintaining calibration log for the equipment used at site.
• Identifying testing requirements of the project as per the contract documents and coordinating the testing for the materials and work. Reporting the test results to the consultant engineer within the agreed time frame.
• Submitting Monthly Quality Dashboard as per the client requirements. Monitoring the KPI of the project and identify the area where improvements required.
• Provide training and toolbox talks to staffs and operatives at site regarding quality of workmanship.
• Monitoring sub-contractor activities and issuing internal NCR for violations.
• closing the client and third-party non-conformances and observations.
• Conduct internal audits among sub-contractors,
suppliers and stores.
• Assist project execution team for snagging and project close out procedures.
• Preparation and review of Operation maintenance
manual.
