I am an aspiring Human Resources practitioner and I have a desire to join your organization in the “people” department as a student trainee. During my studies I got exposed to different aspects of the Human Resources sector such as training and development, people management and various legal frameworks in labour and industrial relations.
The next step of my training is to gain work-based experience in order to attain my National Diploma in Human Resource. During my stay in your company, I will be able to deliver on set objectives, participate in all work-based activities and add valuable insights into the running and operations of a Human Resource office.

I want to join a team of highly motivated individuals working on exciting projects in the development and growth of human capital. As a trainee student, I would like the opportunity to develop my professional skills gain work experience and learn the tricks of the trade.
I plan to develop key competencies in management, communication, organization and building fruitful work relationships. I anticipate that I will grow within the filed of Human Resources, but I recognize that I will have to learn from others, so I can combine my natural skills with those of the sector, especially negotiation skills, contract reading, personnel management, conflict resolution and gain a deeper understanding of the laws governing labour relations and human resources.
I want to develop m ability to design and deliver training programs to suit the needs of the business and to deepen my understanding of strategy and operational leadership. The training I will receive, will help guide my thinking and refine my soft and hard skills. 5
