designed a tube notch cutting

machine using Creo Parametric

software. This notch cutter is

used to take a smooth notch at the

end of the tube so that it is easy to

join & weld them together.

In my IV year, I did an

industrial project in Stanley

Engineered Fastening, Chennai.

There was a double spindle pop

nut tapping machine with a

spindle being idle. I made some

minor changes in the design of

the machine so that both the

spindles operate resulting in

increase of OEE of the machine.
