Internship Programme at Kenya Revenue Authority (Mombasa)
Position: Intern
Duties:
Preparing weekly reports and forwarding them to the assistant manager for approval
Receiving and recording CV’s for job/attachment applicants on the HR database
Dispatching of letters to the appropriate recipients whether to the Headquarters or within the building
Managing responses by handling employee and customer queries
Counter checking leave forms for contract employees whether they are correct e.g. Balance days, start and end date of employee’s leave
Participated in hiring and carrying out performance appraisal using the SAP system
General Data entry
Helped both staff and customers in job applications in the erecruitment portal
Coordinating with the HR officers to organize HR meetings,functions and writing minutes in the attended meetings

Receiving visitors at the front desk
Receiving staff overtime and meal allowance claim forms and dispatching them to the relevant persons for payment

Duties:
