Lead the delivery and execution of Ethicon’s Global Suture Harmonization Initiative - a standardized suture portfolio project in the US. Supported 22 assigned hospitals throughout San Diego, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties. Acquired in-depth product knowledge on sutures, the science of wound closure, learned various suturing techniques, educated hospital staff, and observed surgical procedures.

Assigned to Respiratory Infectious Disease department of the Navy Health Research Center’s (NHRC) as sole onsite research associate at Naval Medical Center San Diego Pediatrics and Emergency departments. HIV Outreach Program MPH Intern, The Center San Diego (January-March 2018)
-Served as a program ambassador for the #BeTheGeneration campaign for HIV outreach in San Diego for the LGBTQ+ community providing awareness and education at local venues/events within the community. The outreach goal was to educate on the availability of STI/HIV testing, counseling, and Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) and other forms of prophylaxis.
