Building and Fostering Relationships.

· My greatest strength is relational. I can easily build relationships with people of all ages, backgrounds, circumstances. I am able go beyond casual acquaintances and build deep meaningful life bonding relationships. I am able to relate well young students and encourage and foster their spiritual growth easily. I mentor naturally as it has always been a part of my personality. I focus youth ministry relationships at the family level by engaging parents, siblings, and friends of my students.

Heart for the next generation.

· I have a heart for the rising generation. I have noticed a superficial faith that many Christians of my generation have, and I encourage fellow believers to build a more foundational and intimate relationship with Christ. I like to focus on Identity in Christ, and the Father Heart of God. I focus on the Gospel and the impact it must have upon a believer’s life that brings about genuine change.

Heart for Truth.

· I have a heart for people learning the truth of God, His Word, and Jesus Christ. I want to grow people to be confident and bold in God’s Word and His promises.

Heart for Unity.

· I have a heart for the Body of Christ to be Unified in their worship. I believe the church has caused much hurt to our God because of our selfishness and callous stubbornness. I believe that “compromise” is not a bad word in the context of Christian Unity, but never at the expense of Christ and the Core Doctrines.
