Job Responsibilities :- Following are the responsibilities I handled in company.

Ensure preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, major overhauling of equipment are properly executed as per schedule. Doing up and monitoring maintenance analysis so as to reduce repeated failure.

Daily job execution for Raw Material Handling equipment ( belt conveyors, screw conveyor, FK pump, phister, agitator, VRM, ). Supervision of work force for safe execution of Daily planned activities. Hands on working for critical & precision activities.

Ensuring implementation of various applicable safety standards and other systems

(ISO, WCM, and Housekeeping) during daily maintenance activities.

Attending any stoppages of equipment immediately to maximize availability of material handling equipment for chitinous supply of material to Coal Mill, kiln, pre-heater, cooler section, VRM, Compressors,Blowers,Water Pumps.

Take Safety Round under my senior’s supervision weekly in Different Section of Plant to maintain safe working environment in plant.

Developed excellent fabrication and machine shop skills, completing all projects on time and to specifications.

Ensure compliance to SOP's.

To lead speedy restart of production after any plant breakdown.

Maintenance in Blowers, compressors, water Pump,kiln, crusher, raw mill, coal mill, VRM (Vertical roller mill) and packing plant.

Assessment of Utility requirements and deriving capacities of various utility equipment based on consumption.

Preparation of Project cost estimates & Rate analysis.

Responsible for operation & Maintenance of utility equipment's like water systems/pumps,hear ex-changers, mixers, Cooling tower, Compressor,Blowers. Maintenance Engineer(16thjun 2019 to 7thjuly 2019) Altis Industries Pvt. Ltd.

Job Role :-

Operation of Main process Plant and Dewatering Section through DCS and PLC.

Worked in dewatering section of plant operating and Maintenance in shifts and looking after the operation & Maintenance of thickeners, filters, Pumps, flocculent system, tailing disposal system and water recovery system.

Maintaining the desired required quality of product such as filter cakes, water overflow from thickeners, water recovery by adjusting the process parameters according to the situation.

Minor project: - The Name of Minor project is ‘Black Line Follower Robot’. Major Project: - Title:- Multi-Nozzle Pesticides Spray pump An automatic spray pump is a device designed to spray pesticides in fields . This automated spray pump does not need any kind of man power to carry the pump load as in earlier design of pump load as in earlier design of pump. In this design the pump is constructed over a wheel barrow in such a way that it converts the rotary motion to reciprocatory motion. This conversion is done with the help of four bar mechanism. This mechanism is used to drive the pumps which in turn generate pressure in pump and hence fourth spray pesticides.
