Ensure work to the project team and monitor the progress to completion in the most effective and cost efficient manner possible.

Ensure the works comply with the contract documents including drawings, quality and specifications.

Ensure that the work are completed on time, notifying the Client of any valuing the cost associated with the delay.

Review MEP Design drawings issued by the consultant to ensure they are suitable and adequate, Review and resolve any anomalies prior to starting of work

Establishes regular meeting to review Progress on site and papers work up on close out.

Follow up MEP Materials schedule and procurement and ensure that all materials and equipments required to support the construction of project are avaliable when they are needed.

Review and approved all MEP documents (Drawings, Material Submittal, RFI…etc) before submission .

Coordinate with Project heads/Engineer deputed at site regarding services work.

Coordinate with Technical office to ensure that all Submittals/Drawings according project specs and time schedule.

Make regular applications for payment and collect cash to achieve positive cash flow.

To act as the project team leader controlling all aspects of the MEP works including Planing, administration, commercial, engineering, documantation and handover to the client.

Ensure that the works are undertaken in a safe manner. Skills area

Courses And Trainings

Aqaba Thermal Power Station (ATPS) Aqaba-Jordan. From 2/6/2006 To 3/9/2006.

An intensive three months practical training ( 6days a week/8 hours duration ). This course gives the participant a good knowledge of power stations and its components as boilers, turbines, generators, transformers and the protection devices which used. The training program was divided into two stages:

Stage one: Four weeks theoretical training.

Stage two: Eight Weeks on the job intensive training supervised and assessed by ATPS executives.
