DEWA project of 132/11kV GIS Substation in Third Ruwayyah, Dubai
Al-Mansurya Gas Turbine Power Plant 728MW, Iraq
Water Treatment Plant, Iraq
Roles & Responsibilities:
132kV Cable Installation,Testing & technical support for HV cable termination & docking works.
11kV Cable installation & termination works supervision.
Mechanical Sealant installation as per DEWA procedure.
Site Installation of MV/HV Switchgears, Battery banks, LV Panels, Transformers, Earthing system, Cable trays & ladders.
Coordination with interdisciplines such as Electrical, Civil, LSP, FPS, HVAC etc for site activities.
Preparation of Method of statements and Risk assessment for the site activities.
Site installation & testing of Buried earthing grid, Indoor earthing, Lightning Protection systems, & earthing calculations.
Performing load calculation, scheduling & balancing etc.
Relay testing for basic OC,EF protection, Basic knowledge about RTU.
HV /MV Switchgear cut out verification & axis marking prior to installation.
Leading transformer accessories installation, vacuuming, oil circulation and filling process.
Installation of EOT crane and monorail beams.
Coordination with HV/MV equipment manufacturers to meet the project requirement.
Preparation of Site BOQ for electrical items.
Making site modifications, Red markups and As built drawings in AutoCAD 2D.
Assisting procurement department in some electrical products.
Power distribution & temporary arrangements for Site establishment activities.
Perfroming periodic scaffolding inspections
Supervision of heavy equipment lifting
Perform material & Installation Inspection at site to verify the erection works done as per the norms and standards proposed by end clients.
Review of technical submittals, shop drawings and datasheets to check whether those are meeting the requirements as mentioned in the contract.
Handling of turn over packages, QA/QC documents and and other technical documentation.
