Details:

●Zhuhai Change Order Process involves processing of Change Orders for the various changes for PCBA design and other new product implementation for CISCO, AMAZON, EMULEX & AVAYA customer respectively.

Responsibilities:

●Creating setup like Product Number, BOM Structure etc. in AGILE & BAAN for new products.

●Maintaining sustaining Change Orders and AML for existing and new parts.

●Work as a Change Analyst during NPI for new changes.

●Releasing part list to production for new models and after implementation of ECOs.

●Using Agile (PLM) system for ECO (Engineering Change Order) and MCO (Manufacturing change Order) creation, reviewing, routing, tracking, releasing and distribution.

●Work closely with Engineering and material team to review product updates/modification.

●Checking the changes implemented in Baan.

●Implementing part type changes.

●Debugging error in Baan and complete BOM responsibilities.

●Maintaining part attributes in Baan ERP and SAP.

●Identify, recommend and implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in the execution of procurement process.

●Ensure timely generation and circulation of reports/dashboards.

●Perform root cause analysis to expedite the resolution of service issues.
