STATEMENT OF CAREER /EXPERIENCE

1. Worked as Fiber engineer on contract at Veremax Technologies Services Ltd. (a Reliance Communications Limited Vendor company) from 05th June 2017 to 31st May 2019.

Key responsibilities are,

• Supervision of all activities such as fiber laying, MH installation, OFC blowing, splicing, ducting, duct integration test, Equipment Room Air Conditioning.

• Assign the day to day activities of maintenance technicians such as rerouting of cable tray, equipment rack, shelter doors, cooling systems etc. and preventive tasks

• Quality checking and Quality assurance.

• Taking daily production details from fiber technicians and collating reports.

Shift wise scheduling of tyre manufacturing machine, manpower requirement planning, and inventory optimization to ensure continuous operation and flow of materials from Raw Material Store to Finished Goods Store.

Experience on preventive and breakdown maintenance in the plant.

Hands own experience in maintenance of calendaring mill, Horizontal cutting machine, banbury, motor drives, heavy duty gear box, pumps, bearings, AHU, heat exchangers, conveyors, cooling tower etc.

Assist senior engineers to identify and rectify the faults.

Generation of Daily production performance reports, Delay Analysis reports, Daily plant performance reports and documentation using SAP PP module.

Maintain the shop floor production line in a clean manner. 4. Worked as Maintenance technician in Excellence Maruti Service Centre over 3 years and 3 months.

Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment problems.
