• Initially the borad received from production team

• Then we have to do following test as per customer testing procedure 1. ICT

3. Functional Test

• In case of any failure board found then move to Debug team Debugging

• Receiving failure boards from testing and verify the test failure details.

• Checking for any process failure by the visual inspection.

• If any process issue detected in SMT&THT components then rectify it by self rework.

• After completing the rework, Re inspection in done and move the board in good quality to testing.

• Doing Visual and Scope inspection on PCB Assembly.

• AOI inspection & X-RAY inspection.
