Projects and Achievements

• ATV( All Terrain Vehicle) Design and Manufacture: Design and manufacture of ATV for motorsports competition; BAJA SAEINDIA 2019 and ESI 2019. Served as Vice- captain and head of design department to design and perform structural and thermal analysis on rollcage and various other automobile parts using Solidworks and Ansys Workbench. It involved coordinating the manufacturing process and hands on involvement in the prototype and manufacture of the ATV. Also involved testing and troubleshooting the final vehicle before it was race ready.

• Electric Car with Collapsing mechanism:

• Design and manufacture of an electric car for Auto EXPO 2020. Involved modifying an IC engine sedan from scratch to a completely electric car including adding a rollcage with collapsing mechanism that can shorten the cars length whenever needed.

• Served as the captain of the team and guided the design, analysis, manufacture, testing & troubleshooting process. This was a joint project between electrical and mechanical department so, it also involved coordinating with mulipe parties and getting approval and funding from different stakeholders for the idea.

• The design has been applied for a patent and is under process for approval.

• Model Rocket and rocket fuel:

• Design of model rocket following basic aerodynamics techniques.

• Making solid rocket fuel using sugar and potassium nitrate.

• CII Majestic –Skill Will Lead:

• Inter-university presentation competition on engineering topics. 2nd and 3rd

position in two events
