Knowledge of Understanding the different products to make decision on level of details. Collaborated with Sales and Marketing teams, external agencies, third-party inspection agencies to facilitate communication for successful product launches.

Continues inspection of copper grit blasting like profile test (testex tape), salt test, visual, dust test. On the carbon steel pipes prior to production.

Regular inspection of coating thickness tolerance, fusion test, visual test, holiday test after the production. Quality control & Quality assurance for HDPE liner pipes and roto molded products devoted to Oil & Gas (PDO) & commercial purpose or process industry as per international standard. Conducting raw material analysis of Polyetlene LLDP, PE100 granules material in accordance with International standards (ASTM, ISO, API 15LE, SP2094 (PDO), SHELL) for PDO (Petroleum Development of Oman) once arrived in the plant.

Interface and coordinate work activities between Quality and other Project disciplines. Develop and execute Quality Surveillance plans, programs, procedures, Quality Management System, Inspection test plan and tools to manage Procurement Quality across multiple occasions. Successfully passed audit conducted by client (Petroleum Development Of Oman) prior to staring the plant for Quality control department for (High Density Polyethylene liner Pipes) Oil & Gas Standard. Mechanical Tests conducted on finished roto molded products and HDPE Liner pipes in laboratory in accordance with approved procedures & standards such as UTM( Tensile test), Hydrostatic pressure test, Heat reversion test etc.

Participate in product audit program as directed assessments and verifications. Overseeing & maintain calibration Status and report of different testing, measuring instruments. Coordinate and report Project quality metrics. Can understand AutoCAD and Cero software. Monitor productivity and performance and provide feedback, coaching and direction as needed.
