Designing of suitable mud system for wells using sea water in laboratory and application of data analytics in prognostication of rheological parameters.

Successfully designed a drilling mud for an offshore basin suitable for temperature and pressure conditions up to semi HPHT levels. Drilling mud was designed based on sea water in order to combat the non availability issues of fresh water for drilling in offshore site. Developed an algorithm using programming software R for prognosticating rheological parameter in laboratory/field in order to reduce chemical wastage.
