Status of project: Completed and currently operational. Position: Clerk of Works.
Duties:
Supervising the setting out of the slabs for the structures being constructed.
Coordinating with and monitoring the concreting gang to ensure that quality control checks have been adhered to during the concreting.
Monitoring and supervising the delivery of materials to the site and coordinating the flow of the materials from the storage to the work areas.
Implementation of effective material management strategies on the timber formwork and scaffolding members so as to ensure minimization of costs through maximization of re- usage.
Preparation of weekly project status reports for the main site engineer.

Supervising the setting out of walling units when constructing on a new slab.
