INTERNSHIP:
Role : - Data Science Intern
Company: - Flux-Auto (Bengaluru)
Duration: - NOV 2019 – Present
PROJECT
Health Care
In this project the dataset contain various variables like, patient id, age, gender, chief complaint, diagnostic codes, diagnoses, etc… Unique diagnostic code is assigned for each injury happen due to accidents or any such event. Whenever any patient admitted to the hospital with injury we have to find out the other injuries that may associated with it and also we have to predict whether the patient is going to live or not due to the associated injuries. Ex. When a patient comes to hospital with head injury we have to find out the possibility of other types of injuries that are associated with head injury.
Responsibilities:
Data is provided in csv formats for building predictive analytical models, contribute to the development and communication of recommendations
Involved in determining the important variables
Used techniques such as univariate analysis for detecting the outliers
Used bi-variate and multi variate analysis analysis to understand the relationship between the variables, missing value treatment and imputation of missing values
Used multi-collinearity analysis to understand the highly correlating variables
Used Logistic Regression using R to predict the defaulters in the customer who would not be able to pay to the bank.
Used confusion matrix to interpret the output
Deep learning:
Played a key role in this start-up in end-to-end Semantic Segmentation and Drivable Area Segmentation for an autonomous vehicle.
Worked on Lane detection
Worked on developing loss function for segmentation and detection
By using VGG tool Using this we can annotate images easily
Drivable Area Segmentation and Lane Segmentation
End-to-End deep learning model (Custom, VGG, UNet, Fast-SCNN) for Drivable Are Segmentation
and Lane Segmentation. This is very import for Autonomous Vehicles to localize itself within the road.
Object Detection
End-to-End deep learning model (YOLO V3, V2) trained on difffferent types of data-sets. For making
It works in real time worked on tweaking the architecture etc.
Responsibilities:
Worked on Data pre-processing for the autonomous vehicles
Worked on Deep Learning models & how it will perform in image data sets
Worked on object detection and segmentation architecture
