Detailed Experience
• Strong leadership skills and National Electrical Code Knowledge. Material purchasing experience on I & E material takeoffs, management and inspection of inventory. Heavy industrial Project planning and coordination of electrical equipment, cable tray, conduit and cable Installation work Packages refinery and petrochemical plants Isbl & Osbl Epc projects. Construct, Inspect and verify all I & E installations are in compliance with engineering, client specs and details that are engineered for those packages, site acceptance testing, startup / commissioning crews over medium voltage, low voltage, PCR buildings, MCC’s, RIE buildings, and control rooms. Monitor and track I & E progress/ production. Tracking procurement expediting report and ordering I & E materials, tools and consumables ahead of time.
• Plan and oversee installation of instrument field device, Instrument air manifolds, instrument tray & tubing, carbon steel sch. 80 air pipe. Tubed up control valves and tuning racks for analyzer sample systems. Managed entire purchasing process for instrumentation installation as well as inventory management. Grounding grid field installation per grounding plan, drawings, specs and details.

• Plan and overseeing all Swagelok materials and mage inventory of all fittings, connectors and valves Instrument & Electrical field side devices flow, level, pressure and temperature
Transmitters, Instrument junction boxes, Start/stop switches, HOA and JOA control stations
• Planning and overseeing all Power, control, instrumentation and fiber optical cable installations in cable
Trays and conduit trunk lines per drawings, specs, details and NEC code.
• Planning and overseeing Medium voltage and low voltage Transformer installations and all 15 kv and 5 kv okonite CLX and MV cable Stress cone terminations
• Planning, coordinating and overseeing PCR and MCC building installations onsite. Safely coordinate all Site acceptance testing of buildings and Transformers. Plan and schedule with all disciplines.
