Working in DUNCAN ENGINEERING LTD JAMSHEDPUR THROUGH SUPPLY & SERVICE CORPORATION as a MECHANICAL SALES & SERVICE ENGINEER from 20th MAY 2016 till continue in service.

JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES IN DUNCAN ENGINEERING LIMITED.

Search for new clients who might benefits from company products or services and maximise client potential in designated regions.

Jobs involve studying Tender/Contractors Drawing, Project specification, contract general terms & condition of the project.

Design Review & verification of all Hydraulics & Pneumatics System, Screw Air Compressor, Pumps, Pneumatics wrench, multiples mechanical valves, air filtration units and accordingly deciding to approve contractors selection of equipment

Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.

Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price & delivery.

Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both clients and company needs.

Prepare the Quotations for the following requirements.

Calculate Client Quotation and administer client accounts.

Provide Pre-sales Technical assistance and product Education.

Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required.

Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a products meet clients needs.

Analyse Drawing & Specification.

Liaise with other members of the sales team & other technical experts.

Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis.

Achieving the monthly & quarterly target.

Participate in relevant forums to publicize the products.

Knowledge of Complete Overhauling of Hydraulics & Pneumatic system.

Co-ordination with other maintenances groups for certain jobs.

Familiar with usage of precision instrument e.g. Vernier, Screw gauge etc.

Ability to follow industrial Blue print and related BOM.

Familiar with & worked in safe industrial culture, well rehearsed with industrial safety in terms of following SOP for jobs & related safety documents.

Coordination with Production team & Supply Chain Mangement Team.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

Passed Matriculation from ICSE in the year 2010 with 1ST Division(74%).

Passed INTERMEDIATE from ISC in the year 2012 with 1st Division (76%).

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION

Completed four year Degree in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING,from NAGARJUNA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY BANGALORE INDIA in the year 2016 with 1st division (65%).
