The Dewa Group, established in 2005, is promoted by a group of accomplished NRI businessmen. The Group has an Asset Base of Rs.1400 Cr and the Paid-Up Capital of Rs.225 Cr. Based in Kerala. The Project Comprised of Seven towers, each tower comprising twenty seven floors including one basement, upper and lower ground floors. The electrical contract for this project is given to SAGAR ELECTRICALS. Sagar electrical was assigned to do the low tension and high tension works.

Project : Confident Althena

Confident Althena spreads over 2, 40,000 sq. ft. of prime property with three towers (Rose, Orkid and Sirius). The electrical contract for two towers in this project is given to SAGAR ELECTRICALS. Sagar electrical was assigned to do the low tension works.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervised on-site contractors and assisted in project planning.

Analysed electrical drawings.

Assisted the Material submittal works.

Quantity Take off works as per Drawings.

Raising and coordinating the inspection.

Allocation of work, site monitoring of activities and review progress.

Supervise and manage both direct and subcontractors work.

Co-ordination with main contractor and consultant for progress of work.

Ensure quality of work and enforce a safe working environment.

Prepare the daily report and weekly report.

Integration of Fire Alarm and BMS with other mechanical equipment’s such as Jet Fans, AHU etc.

Has to drive the work force with the skill of good leadership.

Should Work as per the schedules made before initializing the project.

Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.

Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.

Prepares snag lists to ensure the operational and functionality of the installed ELV and Electrical Systems prior to the Testing and Commissioning.
