ACADEMIC PROJECT:

TITLE: Low cost roofing tiles by using Agricultural wastes. DESCRIPTION: Roof tiles are mainly designed to resist the huts from different climatic conditions and are traditionally made from the locally available materials. In this project we are trying to prepare tiles using agricultural waste of rice husk ash and Corn powder as a replacement in the locally available river sand with suitable proportions. These prepared tiles will be tested for the compressive strength and water absorption to check their strength and suitability for their use.
