In my current position, I work remotely as a dedicated recruiter for our client, Cardinal Peak. They are a product engineering services company that has brought over 200+ products to market for their 300+ clients. Currently, they have several large clients that have a multitude of projects that need various different engineering needs. As their sole recruiter, I fill all job reqs that are needed to satisfy those project requirements.
●I have staffed 40+ roles since January 2020. Those consisted of Embedded Engineers (Manager-Engineer 1), Full Stack Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Hardware Engineers, QA/SDET Engineers, Sales Directors, Manager of Project Management, and our Director of Hardware.
●Led all oversight and management of our Greenhouse ATS. I optimized all processes since the previous recruiters had not guided the hiring managers on how to utilize it.
