I have 20 years’ experience in office management and customer service. Within the last four years my focus has been on office management with human resources. In my HR roll I was responsible for onboarding, background screening, physical/drug screening, I9 verification via e-verify and benefit explanation with new hires as well as yearly enrollment. I am currently working on receiving a certificate in Human Resources from the University of Tennessee Non-Credit program with a completion date of February / March of 2021.

I think I am a best candidate for this role due to my experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, creating a purchase order processes, inventory processing and profit and loss research along with my human resource experience.

My best work experience was at Revolution Industrial Group as the office manager. In this position I had to be very organized as well as have attention to detail. I had to be able to flow from one task to another with ease. I was able to strengthen my skills in public relations as I was the main contact for all the company vendors. It gave me the chance to expand my knowledge of office management as well as gain a new experience in human resources. I would still be with this company had there not been a reduction in work force due to the global pandemic.

The currently company I work for is a small family-owned business. The owner has retired and his son that was running the business passed away sudden which has left the business with an unforeseeable future. In my current position I am not being challenged, that my skills are not being utilized to the best of my ability or to the best for the company.

I am highly interested in working for your company. I am looking to work for a company that has longevity, that is continuing to grow in the market which it services. I want to work for a company that looks for employees that want to expand their careers to grow within the company.

I have been passionate about most of the positions that I have held in the past. I believe the number one thing an employee can bring to a company is a positive attitude. When you have a positive attitude, you have a positive work environment. I believe my work ethic, positive attitude and my wide range of experienced are my personal strengths.
