Job Responsibility

Building work for PWD G+3, Railway 2 type and 3 type building, ROB, Major & Minor bridge.

Executing the construction work as per drawings and specifications.

Co-ordination with client,Client handling.

Solving technical problems arising at site.

Perform inspection to ensure that all works are within time and maintain standard quality.

Familiar with keeping records to CALIBRATION CERTIFICETS,Annual,day inspection TUV inspection sheets for machinery, equipmentand instrument used.

Maintaining operator licenses trade ten certification approved CV’s and ensures approved organization chart and personnel working at site.

Adhere strictly to PTS (Project Technical Specifications), IFCDrawing, Methodstatement, ITP and company standard.

AS A SITE ENGINEER – FOR CONSULTING COMPANIES / CLINT SIDE (supervision side):-

• Perform daily inspections of civil works with contracting siteengineer

• possess full command over PTS and other construction standards

• Inspecting calibrations & daily checklist of all the equipment for smooth running of the project

• Responsible for overall progress, quality and safety requirements of civil works

• Ensure the quality manpower, quality machinery, quality material, being mobilized as per client approvals and quality method statements or being implemented or not

• Making field inspections and lab testing as per approved ITP

• Hold progress and quality review meetings with the contractor for ensuring work as per PTS

• Stop the work if not complied with PTS

• Co- operate in surprise AUDITS on contracting TQM total quality material

CODES ALL EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL SERVICES

• Soil investigations, setting out civil works- EARTH WORKS – EXCAVATION (cutting and filling) ANTITERMITE, POLYTHENE SHEET, 4MM, thick bituminous WATER PROOFING steel fixing formworks/shuttering, RCC foundations, columns beams and slab, brick work,SCREED, brick work, fabrication work, flooring wall and flooring tiles ASPHALT works .

• How to prepare the BBS (BAR BBENDING SCHEDULES) & execution works

• Initiate INSPECTION “REQUESTS” and check the work complies PTS

• Driving progress – monitoring & deliver – construction schedules & deadlines.

• Full sub – contracting activity control at site

• RMC (READY MIX CONCRETE)and ASPHALT plants management – ESTIMATING, MIX CONTROL, prepare schedules, tracing and delivery

• Help SNAGGING & CLOSING THE PUNCH LIST

• Submitting weekly and monthly schedules and monthly progress reports

• Implementing of SOP’S (STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES) & company formats

• DAY PLANS, IR/RFI (INSPECTION REQUESTS), (REQUEST FOR INSPECTION), CVI, DPR, DELAY REPORTS ETC...
