The focus was on the detection and analysis of certain bioactive carbonyl compounds present in subjects with different diseases and injuries; such as TBI’s and cancer.

My laboratory duties included creating, purifying and diluting stock solution of various hydrazine compounds.

Through the use of the 1000 Genome Project, I helped create a custom program that analyzes the genomes, and displays statistical data necessary for the comprehension of various SNP’s and their relations to various diseases.
