Description: Rio Tinto is an Anglo-Australian multinational and one of the world's largest metals and mining

corporations. The company has operations on six continents but is mainly concentrated in Australia and Canada. Part of L2 support team for Rio Tinto PTP team.

Involved in analysis of incidents and provided round the clock support to business users.

My work included extensive working on invoicing part of the procurement process along with other MM

standard processes. I have expertise on GR/IR,

invoicing, Pricing procedure, MIRO, MRKO, MRRL,

FV60, MRIS, Process director to automate Invoice

Posting.

My role includes working on MM and FI integration. I have worked on FI processes: F-44 vendor clearing, FB01 accounting documents posting, F-47 down payment

requests, F.03 G/L account clearing, VERTEX tax system, G/L maintenance, Payment methods FBZP, F110

Automatic Payment. Along with FI and MM integration, I have learnt ABAP debugging & trace capture in SAP. This helps me to analyse the issues quicker. This

knowledge always helped with resolving high priority and critical incidents.

I have gained basic knowledge about Interfaces with other systems and SAP to understand end to end

scenarios.

Developed automation systems and processes which

will increase business efficiency and profit.

Presentations for end-to-end scenarios in quality audits always went smooth and auditors were satisfied with the presentations and were always answered correctly. Adhering to SLAs and handling critical incidents with-in specified deadlines, individually handling US, Canada region issues in SAP, along with APAC region.
