My tasks included machine operation, forklift use to handle material, replenish stock, trouble shooting,

preventative maintenance and completion of paperwork for production tally and scrap. I am able to follow specs to stay within temperature, weights, and calibrations.

Reason for leaving: Company laid off numerous individuals due to lack of projected growth.

2013 - 2018

My tasks included reading blueprints, welding and fabricating, assembly, filtration system repairs and spray room teach. I was also a forklift and boom truck operator. I am able to work with a brake shear, drill press, and punch press.

Reason for leaving: company was downsized and my job was cut.

2008 - 2013

Warehouse position: S.E. Consolidated Logistics Hickory NC

I was tasked with loading and unloading trucks both by hand or by forklift, checking and preparing the load manifest. I have experience with LRT which is a bar code reader. I was also a yard dog (switcher) driver.

Reason for leaving: company relocated and the commute was too far.

2005 - 2008

Fabrication and installation: Tarheel Granite Statesville NC

My daily tasks included templating, cutting and fabricating stone products. I was also the lead man on the installation crew. We installed and repaired granite tops. I consulted with contractors, which taught me how to be a good communicator.

Reason for leaving: building industry was slow and hours were cut too much.

Skills: I am able to work unsupervised, attention to detail; proficient with most hand tools and heavy machinery, mig and stick welding, read blueprints and familiar with most manufacturing processes. I am safety conscious, hardworking and goal driven.
