JOB PROFILE:-

Working in Color Matching & R&D Department with following responsibilities.

To check the Quality Incoming, in process, & Final inspection stage.

To check the incoming pigment testing like as-color, heat stability & strength.

To matching the color of various material through Spectrophotometer.

To matching the some color of various materials through visual inspection & various light sources (D65, UV, Simulated sun light, cool white and TL84).

Knowledge of Testing of all material at all stage like- Tensile strength, Impact strength, Elongation, Hardness Tester, Filler Content, MFI, HDT, Tests etc.

Develop all types of color as per customer requirement.

Knowledge of pigment/dye selection as per product application.

To maintain document and keep records of R&D.

To give proper training of workers & Staff about trouble shootings, Safety and other activities.

Handling customer complaints.

Minimize internal & external rejection.

Reduce the breakdown time in color matching.

50% color started without color matching by fine tuning during online.

Maintain the ISO internal audit documentation.

Develop new sources of pigment & dyes.
