DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

oMonitoring and supervise for the major civil works such as pipe rack, Equipment foundations, compressor foundation, cooling tower, Extrusion,Blending and product Silos foundation, etc.

oSupervising excavation, backfill, road grading and compaction operations as per the standard specifications and execute the job in site.

oMonitoring and Supervise the earthwork, formwork, rebar work, concreting and asphalting jobs.

oSupervise and monitoring of various construction activities carried out by contractor and use of surveillance report to document both acceptable and deficient works found at the time of inspection

oSupervision of building finishing such as floor (vinyl tile, ceramic tile, carpet tile, granite tile, access floor etc) ceiling (acoustics ceiling, gypsum board ceiling, suspended liner aluminum ceiling) water proofing etc.

oMonitoring and Supervision of drainage and gravity sewers systems assuring that proper slope is maintained and that elevations meet the required specifications for Manhole and catch basins.

oPerform the work of masonry installations to assure they are plumb, square, properly grouted, faced, finished and meet with the standard specifications.

oSite visit to inspect the samples of materials to be going to use at site and approving the samples of the materials as per the standards.

oExp. In management of major size projects, and has the capability to resolve conflict issue during project execution

oWell versed with national/ international standards in various sections of Civil Engineering

oThorough knowledge and experience in reviewing drawings, supervise concrete and steel structures work.

oSupervising the field test of the activities at various construction sites.

oLocation and elevation inspection of equipment foundations which includes anchor bolts and embedded plates prior to inspection.

oCoordinate the activities of respective Field Engineering disciplines in providing suggestions as per field condition and no delay in work.
