Follow laboratory's procedures for specimen handling and processing, test analyses, reporting and maintaining records of patient test result
Identify problems that may adversely affect test performance and reporting of test results
Perform and validate chemical, microscopic, morphologic, immunologic, and bacteriologic tests of body fluids and substances to provide data for diagnosis and treatment of disease
Follow protocols for the established Quality Control program within parameters for acceptable levels of performance and verify lot numbers and expiration dates on reagents and controls
Evaluates, judges and interprets test results and ensures accuracy
