• Independently reviewed the 3D model and layout of Continuous Catalytic Regeneration Project.

• In charge of the preparation of Material Take-Off (MTO) and Bill of Materials (BoM) for the Piping Engineering Department. Project Work

1. Ride height and attitude behaviour of F1 car wind tunnel model (MSc Research Project):

Under the guidance of Dr. David Angland, a CFD base was generated for 50% wind tunnel testing model of a F1 car. The flow interactions between different components of the car were studied and trends influencing the performance of the car were observed for changing pitch and heave. The accuracy of the model was improved by 235%.

2. Design, Analysis and Manufacturing of Exhaust System for increasing Power and Torque of Go-Kart vehicle

(BTech Project):

Complete exhaust system was designed for Honda CB

Shine engine under the guidance of Prof. N. D. Shikalgar and with the help of Ricardo Wave software. Material selection, fabrication and testing of muffler was done in-house. The torque was improved by 5.7% and peak power of 13% more was achieved.

3. Optimisation of 200cc bike engine to increase power and torque (Ezenith Internship Programme):

Selection of components to improve the performance of a 200cc bike engine was carried out based on cost, weight, durability and serviceability factors and the final model was presented.

4. Miscellaneous:

• Thermal analysis of a hot-walled condenser to model the heat dissipation pattern.

• Complete design of water-cooled condenser for a

refrigerator.
