Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 263 – MCAS New River, NC (Sept. 2016 – Jan. 2021)

● Inspected, maintained, and repaired parachutes, flight survival equipment, flight equipment, carbon dioxide, and gaseous and liquid oxygen equipment, tested, adjusted, and repaired oxygen masks and fire extinguishing systems.

Flight Equipment Collateral Duty Quality Assurance Representative Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 263 – MCAS New River, NC (Dec. 2019 – Jan. 2021)

● Conducted and managed the maintenance department’s Quality Assurance effort, which included from time to time acting in the same capacity as a Quality Assurance Representative.

● Acted in the capacity of an Ordnance Quality Assurance/Safety Observer (QA/SO) tasked to monitor and enforce safe handling of explosives and adherence to established procedures during all ordnance evolutions such as supervising weapons inspections, loading, downloading and storage of ancillary explosive components as well as the build-up of electronic countermeasures related to the MV-22B.

MCAS New River, NC (Nov. 2019)

The purpose of EM101 is to develop an understanding of the pertinent environmental issues at the Installation as well as present specific guidance and policies for the management and disposal of hazardous materials and waste. Certificates are disseminated to personnel upon successful completion of a written examination. EM106 provides pertinent information to both Military and civilian personnel on the requirements of the Clean Air Act and other Air Quality regulations, and an overview of Air Quality standard operating procedures as well as instruction on the monitoring and record keeping requirements associated with regulated air emission sources.

MV-22 Comprehensive Automated Maintenance Environment-Optimized (CAMEO) Vibration Analysis Training Course

MCAS New River, NC (Oct. 2019)

This course taught students how to download and analyze vibration, structural life and engine diagnostic data to initiate work orders, help troubleshoot and fix discrepancies and anomalies. The course also taught how to analyze rotor track and balance calculations and results, analyze vibration exceedances on the aircraft and help in identifying vibration trends.

Naval Aviation Organizational Maintenance Activity Work Center Supervisor’s Course Cherry Point, NC (Oct. 2019)

Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to manage and respond to the hour by hour maintenance situation of the maintenance department.
