Quality control of concrete works & all civil works

Inspect all the works and get approval from consultants

Following the instruction of project management team in order to get approval of drawing to achieve the target to timely completion of projects.

Presentation and updating progress reports weekly & monthly.

Tested soils and different materials to determine the strength of steel and foundations.

Estimated the needs and costs of equipment and materials to determine project budgets.

Collates and studies survey reports, maps, drawings and other data required for construction projects.

Determines the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete or steel by testing soil and materials.

Estimates cost of supplies, equipment, and labor. Plans ways and means to control operations cost, overruns and worker turnover.

Reviewed drawings and made necessary modifications in the soft copy (AutoCAD) as suggested by the manager and discussed the changes with the client.

Calculated the volume of (concrete, shutter and other materials) required to cast the structural members as per the site plan and executed within the day.

Arranged Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) for the required structural members.
