I possess 12 years of customer service and quality assurance experience between both Rider and Westminster higher education institutes. I am a focused learner who is detail oriented with strong organizational, memorization, comprehension and critical thinking skills. I have 5 years’ experience with hiring, training and supervising a robust student work staff.
