Proactively work with the Health & Safety Department to ensure standards are maintained and fill compliance with the safety management system is achieved.
Develop short term Program/Sectional works.
Responsible for the Authorities and Client Inspection, and One Point contacts for the Consultants and Sub-
Contractors.
Responsible for the Architectural works such as Block works, Plastering, Gypsum Partitions. Water Proofing, Screeding, Tiling, Carparks accessories (wheel stoppers, wall-Column guards, rubber humps, Sooffit Insulations, false ceiling works, All Internal External floor wall ceiling painting works. Etc.
Responsible for all materials request as per the approved materials sample submittal, follow up delivery and installation as per project specifications.
Responsible for Sub-contractors Manpower, Materials, Machinery for the smooth execution.
Responsible for the sending Subcontract Letter On Aconex for the related work completion, Hand over finished area for the Notification record purpose for the BACK CHARGE issues if any damaged done.
Responsible for the sending Potential Delay Notifications, Notice To Correct, Breach Notice to Sub-Contractors On Aconex.
Responsible for the Drafting Site Instructions to Sub- Contractors for any Variation/New Works. • Responsible for the Site Logistic plan of the Sub Contractors stores and materials.
Responsible for the follow up with Sub Contractors to submit Work Inspection Request (WIR) for the completed works.
Responsible for the follow up with Sub Contractors for the submission of the Materials Inspection Request (MIR) prior to site installations.
Responsible for the follow up with Subcontractors to close the NCR/SOR issued by QA & Consultant teams.
Responsible for the follow up with Sub Contractors to close Snagging, De-snagging comments on Aconex issued by QA

Al Maryah Central Mall is a 2.8 Million square foot shopping mall area. Macy and Bloomingdale are the
anchor tenants with 400+ additional retail stores. 145+restaurants, cafes and 20 screen cinemas
complex. My Achievements was to complete the
major civil and finishing works including Basement and MEP rooms on time to Civil Defense Inspection
And I have proud to say that we achieved the dates as per agreed dates with our Client GULF Related. I interviewed Hired and Managed a team of 4
Engineers and 10 Supervisors to complete the 10000 Square feet blockworks on time. It was my biggest
achievements on AL MARYAH CENTRAL MALL
project.

ICD-BROOKFIELD PALACE is located in Dubai
International Financial Center (DIFC) area. It is a Multi- Functional Commercial Building of 53 stories, 5 floors Podium Levels, and 7 Basements. It has
Retail space, Restaurants, Cafes, Amenities and
Terraces. My achievements was to complete the
Civil and Finishing works of the Carparks, Podium
Lobbies, Goods Lobbies, Lift Lobbies, BOH areas,
MEP authority rooms. I went above my duties as a
Project Engineer to implement new system by
issuing MEP Clearance Papers to each follow on
trades prior to start their activities and maintained records of Potential Delay in completion of the
works and for this I issued them +7000 numbers of
the clearance papers. And in addition to this we
issued +500 numbers of Delay Notifications (DN),
Notice To Correct (NTC), and Breach Notice (BN) to subcontractors On Aconex with the help and
approval of Project Managers & Contract Managers.
It was my greatest Achievements till date as we
saved Millions for the Organization.

Responsible for all day to day construction activities as per the priority programs set by Construction
Manager.
Responsible for the execution of the civil and
finishing works as per the approved shop drawings.
• Responsible for the trade works completions and
issuing area clearance to next follow on trades to work in for the timely handover.
Support activities of the HSE plan and procedures.
Following with Sub-contractors to submit Materials Inspection Request (MIR) prior to site installation.
Checking all installed and ongoing works as per the site approved specifications.
Responsible for the area preparation and ready for the Snagging/De Snagging.
• Responsible for the sending Notification request to Sub-Contractors to close their comments on Aconex.
Responsible for the Site Housekeeping and closing of the Safety Comments issued by Consultant and
Client representatives.
Responsible for the distribution of the works to all Foreman/Supervisors and closely monitoring their
activities.
Responsible to attained daily site work inspection along with QA and Consultants.
Responsible to attained biweekly safety site walk with Subcontractors representatives safety officers.
Coordinating with MEP Subcontractors to release
the clearance papers prior to start any new work
activities to avoid reworks.

Dubai International Airport- Terminal 3, Concourse 2, and Carparks was a Expansion projects of
Terminal 1. The total built up area of concourse is 675000 metre square, and Terminal 3 (945 metre
long, 90.8 metre wide, and 39.5 metre in height, It has 6 basements, Apron, Arrival, Departure, and
Hotel areas. My scope of works was in the Arrival
areas CIVIL and FINISHING works. On this project we achieved the first Milestone by offering Arrival Area for the Snagging and De-snagging within One Year
from starting time.

On a plot size of just over 250000 Square Meter and with a 127000 Square Meter of floor space-The St.
Regis Resort and Complex comprises of a 380 rooms
5 star hotel with 3 Luxury Spa Suites (Thai, Moroccan
& Contemporary) with 13 treatment rooms, Health
and Fitness facilities, 259 Apartments, 33 Luxury
Residential Villas (1,2,3, bedrooms sizes), Lounges, Conference facilities, Eight Restaurants featuring various International Cuisines, 2 Tennis Courts, 2 Squash courts, 5 Swimming Pools including a 25
meter indoor lap pool, Children club featuring
indoor and outdoor activities. We were the part of the Main Hotel Building Structure and Finishing
works. I achieved the target of the Civil works
completion with the help of 2 Engineers, 4
Supervisors and 6 Foremans. On this Project I was
promoted to Site Section Engineer as my reward.
AL MAFRAQ HOSPITAL. ABUDHABI.
UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
The core of the 739-bed healthcare development is comprised of two 13 storey and two 11 storey
towers. a 3 storey Annex Administrative building,
and a 3 storey Outpatient building. The Mafraq
Hospital is supported by 5 substations and a big
cooling plant. We were the part of Outpatient
building and carparks. The Annex building was a
additional package and it were awarded late for the construction, even though we were managed to
finish the works from structure to final phase prior to main building completion. For this achievement I was promoted as a Senior Site Finishing Engineer.
